gender and age to
reveal calorie levels when sedentary, moderately active and
vigorously active. Users can see how calorie requirements increase
with increased activity and recommended exercise time for health, weight loss,
and to maintain lost weight.
Flip to the back of the slide guide and pull the tab to recommended calorie
levels based on activity level to reveal the number of servings from each
food group as well as the number of recommended weekly colored
vegetables.
